It lets you select the care you need, at the times you want and on the days that suit you. This can include anything from a temporary service, for example to enable someone to return home from hospital to recuperate in their own surroundings yet with the support of professional carers, to arranging 30 minute 'pop in' calls for comfort breaks, medication support or safety checks through to more intensive 24 hour or live in care.
The aim of the ((My Way)) bespoke package is to provide vital support services, yet enable you or your loved one to continue to live independently in your own homes, with 100% confidence.
