At Manorcourt Homecare in Hornchurch (part of the Healthcare Homes Group) we provide care and support services to the following people living in the local community.
These services are registered with the Care Quality Commission:
Some people prefer to live in the comfort of their own home but due to an illness, chronic condition or advancing age, this at times is difficult without some support. At Manorcourt Homecare we listen to what you have to say and provide a bespoke service for you. We can provide care from 30 minute visits up to 24 hour care and live in care. We also offer both a sleeping/waking night service.
We are excited to inform you of our new service, Branch Out. This service offers a wide range of companionship services in the home, hospital or daily life setting for all ages. Our Branch Out Buddies can match specific interests and hobbies as desired or requested. Our Branch Out service can also help relieve the stress of caring for a loved one by providing a much needed break to their own families and friends.
Our care staff are trained to the highest standards using our internal training programme. Care workers are chosen not only for their skills but for their warmth, friendliness and caring attitude. Carers provide professional care that respects the rights and dignity of each individual.
Whether you require assistance on a regular or temporary basis, our flexible range of services means that we can provide as little or as much support as is needed, for as long as required.
