Our Branch

Whether you require assistance on a regular or temporary basis, our flexible range of services means that we can provide as little or as much support as is needed, for as long as required.

Please contact us with any queries by telephone or visit our branch.

We cover the following areas: Bowthorpe, Costessey, City, Taverham, Drayton, Easton, Attleborough and surrounding villages.

Our staff are all fully DBS checked, fully trained to NVQ2 or working towards this qualification.  Staff regularly receive updated and specialist training.  We value our staff and regularly take part in sponsored events.

If we know that any of our staff are covering short notice late shifts, our friendly team will ensure there is a warm meal available in the branch before they head out.

If you or a loved one are looking in to care and wish for some advice, please do not hesitate to contact us on 01953 451541.

In our last CQC inspection, we were rated as Good.  Please see below some of the feedback which was included within the report:

‘Staff received support, regular supervision and attended training to enable them to undertake their roles effectively’.

‘People were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives and staff supported them in the least restrictive way possible. The policies and systems in the service supported this practice.  Staff sought people’s consent before providing care and treatment’.

‘People and staff commended the registered manager and their care provision.  People received person-centred care and benefitted from an open and transparent culture’.

‘People were highly positive about the caring and kindness of their care delivery.  Comments included “Staff are very kind and caring.  They just get on with it with no fuss at all”. Another person told us, “We could absolutely not wish for better carers”.  Another person told us, “We all get on very well. I love them and feel blessed to have them”.’
